Sporting Achievement

 

Some of our pupils received certificates for taking part in a Kwik Cricket competition

at Elton High School

These boys received certificates for their involvement in the 7-a-side competition

at Elton High School.

Despite some of them looking unhappy, our boys 5-a-side team performed really well.  They managed to reach the quarter-final stage where they were narrowly beaten by Woodbank.

 

         

The 6-a-side girls' football team recently won the Bury Schools' Competition

under the guidance of Mr. Meadows

 

         

 

Our running success continued at the Road Relay event.  The boys came second, with the girls third which gave us an overall placing of second.  A tremendous achievement!

 

Our Cross Country Team

The girls' team came fourth overall in Bury and the boys' team came fifth.  A fantastic achievement.  Well Done!

 

One of our boys won an individual Cross Country award. 

He came third overall out of all Bury Primary Schools.

 

 

Some of our pupils took part in a High Five Netball Tournament at Elton High School

 

         

Our indoor athletics team recently came second in a competition at Elton High School.  They were narrowly beaten by Greenhill, a fantastic achievement.
